1. Where we ship
We currently deliver within India only. We do not ship internationally.
2. Dispatch time
- Ready-stock items: dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
- Made-to-order or customised items: dispatched within 10–15 business days. The expected date is shared at the time of order.
3. Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. Remote locations may take longer.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders within India. Every shipment is fully insured until it is delivered to you.
5. Packaging and delivery
- Orders are sent in tamper-evident, secure packaging through insured courier partners.
- A valid government photo ID and/or OTP may be required at delivery. The parcel is handed over only to the person named on the order or an adult at the delivery address.
- Do not accept a package if the seal is broken. Refuse it and inform us immediately.
6. Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
7. Store pickup
You can choose to collect your order from our showroom on Race Course Road or Big Bazaar Street, Coimbatore. Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.
