Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of majestinjewels.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make through it. The Website is owned and operated by Majestin Jewels LLP (LLPIN: ACM-1015, GSTIN: 33ACDFM0682R1ZT), a limited liability partnership registered in India with its registered office at First Floor, D. No. 565, Vasavi Arcade, Big Bazaar Street, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641001 ("Majestin Jewels", "we", "us", "our").

By browsing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. Minors may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Products and descriptions

  • All gold jewellery sold by us is BIS hallmarked with a HUID (Hallmark Unique Identification) number. Silver articles are 925 sterling silver unless stated otherwise. Diamond jewellery is supplied with a certificate where mentioned on the product page.
  • Jewellery is handcrafted, so the actual gross weight, net weight and stone weight may vary slightly from the figure shown. The final invoice is raised on the actual weight of the piece dispatched.
  • Product photographs are for representation. Colour, size and finish may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings and the handmade nature of the product.

3. Pricing

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Each product page shows the price breakup of metal value, making charges, stone value (if any) and GST.
  • Gold, silver and diamond prices change daily with market rates. The price payable is the price shown at the time you place and pay for the order.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

4. Orders

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our confirmation email or SMS.
  • We may decline or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if the pricing is incorrect, if we cannot verify the buyer's details, or if we suspect fraud. In such cases the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.
  • For orders above the threshold set under the Income Tax Act and PMLA rules, we may ask for PAN or other KYC documents before dispatch.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by our authorised payment gateway partners through UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not store your card or bank details. Your payment is subject to the terms of the gateway and your bank.

6. Shipping, cancellation and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Gold savings schemes

Our gold savings and chit schemes are offered at our showrooms and are governed by their own scheme terms, which are shared at enrolment. These Terms do not change any scheme terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including designs, photographs, text, logos and the Majestin Jewels name, belongs to Majestin Jewels LLP. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or place orders for resale without our written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receipt.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
